POLICE have launched an appeal after a bike was stolen during a burglary in Skipton.
The bike was stolen from a shed during an incident which took place on Queens Garth in Skipton.
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police said: "We’re appealing for information about a burglary that occurred on Queens Garth in Skipton.
"It happened between Thursday, April 18, and Friday, April 19, when a shed was broken into and a bike was stolen.
"We’re appealing for information regarding the whereabouts of the stolen bike which is described as a black Calibre Bossnut full suspension mountain bike.
"Please call North Yorkshire Police on 101 if you have any information that could help our investigation.
"Alternatively, you can contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via their website.
"Please quote reference number 12240068183 when passing on information."
