TWO people were rushed to hospital after a "serious crash".
Yorkshire Ambulance Service (YAS) was called to a collision on the A6068, near Cowling at 4.36pm on Bank Holiday Monday.
It involved a white Nissan Juke and a red Honda Civic, according to a spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police.
YAS sent two ambulances and two team leaders to the scene.
A spokesperson for the service said: "One patient was conveyed to Leeds General Infirmary and one patient was conveyed to Airedale Hospital."
North Yorkshire Police has launched an appeal today after the crash, which the force described as "serious".
