PHILLIPS Muriel Peacefully on July 31, 2019, aged 100 years, at Thornton Hill Care Home. Much loved aunt, neighbour and friend to many. Muriel was Matron at Malsis School, Glusburn for almost 20 years where she is affectionately remembered as being an able and sympathetic carer for the many young boys in her charge. Service and cremation will take place at Skipton Crematorium on Tuesday, August 13, 10.50am. No flowers. Donations if desired may be made to the R.N.L.I, the organisation to which Muriel has been an `on shore` member for many years.
