Thank you Mr and Mrs Hayes for your kind message to all the family. My dad was an amazing, kind, gentle man and Fr Andrew's words at his service were perfect.
We'll all miss him so much but he's with my mum now so that's some comfort.
R.I.P. Dad

Richard,Michael,Mary and Helen, sorry to here about your Father he gave living for eternity his best shot.
My Dad held him in high regard has a work colleague and friend, that's probably why he asked him to be my confirmation sponsor. Would love to be able even to represent my Dad at your Dad's Funeral. However in this strange times ,soon reach 30 people. Hopefully you will be able to give him the send off he deserves. John Altham

Dear Richard, Michael, Mary and Helen and partners and children, Tom Hayes and myself send our love and blessings to you all on the loss of your beloved dad Richard on his journey to heaven to join Elsie. Richard was so lovely. When the SVP rota determined it was my turn to visit, I was delighted. He had such wide interests especially films and rugby and he always asked me how Tom was doing, I'll miss his gifts of 'Irelads Own'. Sympathies from Angie and Tom Hayes
