FAIRHURST Keith Susan, James, Jane, Edward and Emma and their families would like to sincerely thank all relatives, neighbours, friends and colleagues, we have been overwhelmed by the countless expressions of sympathy, kindness, cards, flowers and support given to us during Keith's illness and passing. Thank you to all who attended Keith's Remembrance Service at St. James' Church Clapham, and for your very generous donations to Yorkshire Cancer Research. Sincere thanks go to Rev'd John Davies, Canon Ian Greenhalgh, Cath Cromarty, Gavin Davidson and Dave Williamson for an unforgettable service. Thank you to Jimmy of B&W Funerals Ingleton for all your support and guidance and to Louise and staff at the The Coniston Hotel for their superb catering.
