CARR David John Sheila, Hollie and family would like to thank everyone for the many cards, flowers and kind messages of condolence received following the sudden sad loss of David. Thank you to all who attended the funeral and for the generous donations to ICU at Airedale Hospital. We are extremely grateful to all the staff on ICU and Ward 19 for the care and consideration shown to us. Special thanks go to Cath Currier for the lovely service she took and the time she has spent with us. Thanks also to The Old Hall, Threshfield for the refreshmentts and to Philip Dicken at Howcrofts' Funeral Services for his help and support.
