HARDCASTLE Andrew John Kath and family wish to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for the many lovely cards, letters and flowers received following the sad loss of Andrew. Thank you to all who attended the funeral service and for generous donations given in his memory. Special thanks go to Dr Ramsden and Dyneley House Surgery, the District Nurses, Palliative Care Nurses and Craven Collaborative Care Team for the excellent care and support given to both Andrew and Kath. Further thanks go to Beverley Meaney for the wonderful service at the Crematorium and to Howcrofts'Funeral Services for the arrangements.
