BELL William David Hazel, Vivienne, Iain and families would like to thank relatives and friends for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards, flowers and generous donations to St. Mary's Church. Thank you also to Rev. Ruth Harris for her kind ministrations and to everyone who gave their support by attending David's funeral service. Special thanks to Dr. Barnaby Jones for his care and attention, also to Carleton Pharmacy. Grateful thanks also to Nigel of Howcroft's.
