FORREST Elizabeth Russel, Louise, Alison and families, would like to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many kind expressions of sympathy and cards of condolence received during their sad loss. We would like to offer our sincere thanks to the Reverend Julie Bacon for her hard work, kind words and comforting ministrations and of course Susan Smith, Funeral Director, who organised everything. We would also like to thank the Ambulance staff and all the nursing staff on Ward 1 of Airedale Hospital who attended Elizabeth.
