BINNER Philip Adrian Christine and family would like to sincerely thank everyone for the immense levels of support they have received following their loss of Philip. Special thanks go to the doctors and staff at Dyneley House, Airedale General Hospital, St James and Leeds General Infirmary; the District Nurses and Liz from Manorlands. We would also like to thank Rev Alex Wheatley for a wonderful service, staff and friends at Carleton Social Club and Howcrofts' Funeral Services for ensuring Philip's 'send off' was a very special one. Finally we would like to thank the vast number of people who attended the funeral and supported us at such a sad time. The remarkable sum of £1318.43 was raised for St Mary's Church and Manorlands.
