MULLINDER George Following the sad bereavement of George, his family would like to say a most sincere thankyou to friends, neighbours and all those who knew and worked with George for their kind words, messages and cards. To Dr Midgley and Dr Thomas at Fisher Medical Centre, to the District Nurses, the Collaborative Care Team, Dales Care and Marie Curie nurses for their nursing care and support. To Susan of Brook Smith Funeral Directors and Phil Burns who conducted a beautiful service.
