HEAP John (Jack) Merilyn and family of the late John (Jack) Heap would like to thank all their relatives, friends and neighbours for the many kind expressions of sympathy, cards, flowers and messages of condolence received. Also, for their attendance at the funeral on Friday 22nd April and donations in lieu of flowers that will be divided between the British Heart Foundation and the Stroke Association. Thank you also to all the staff at Nelson Manor Care Home, Ward 5 and the Stroke Team at Airedale Hospital for the care and kindness shown to Jack and the family during his short illness. Special thanks to Margaret Foxley (Funeral Celebrant) and David Thornton of Emmott & Bradley funeral services for all their help, guidance and support during this sad time.
