MAUDE Betty David, Jeremy, Jacqueline, Rachel and Robin, sincerely wish to thank all relatives and friends for their kind words of condolence and for the donations made in memory of their Mum Betty, to the Yorkshire Air Ambulance. Thank you to Airedale hospital and in particular to all the staff on ward 7, the outreach team and the palliative care. Finally, Thank you to David and Adele Gallagher for their care and guidance
