Notice under Article 13 of the Town &
Country Planning (Development
Management Procedure) Order 2015,
Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act
1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.
Craven District Council has received the following
applications that are required to be advertised it under
the above legislation for the reasons stated.
Application No: 2019/20616/LBC. Proposal: 1)
Application for the retention of the already replaced
windows and doors and replace remaining UPVC framed
windows with timber frames. 2) Installation of Gates to
the Westerly Boundary wall adjacent to the property, in
order to provide exterior access from the north to the
south of the property for Mr Richard Rees-Jones.
Location: Crag End Farm Sutton-in-craven BD22 0JU
Reason(s): Proposes works to a Listed Building.
Application No: 2019/20790/FUL. Proposal:
Replacement of existing windows and doors to new
timber windows and doors for Yorkshire Housing.
Location: 7B Chapel Street & 4A-6A High Street Chapel
Street Settle BD24 9HS Reason(s): Affects the character
and appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application No: 2019/20703/FUL. Proposal: Change of
use from domestic store to distillery for Mr D Lampkin.
Location: Mill House Red Bridge To Church Close Farm
Bell Busk BD23 4DU Reason(s): Affects the character and
appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application No: 2019/20764/FUL. Proposal: Rear
extension to create additional warehouse space for The
Co-Operative Group. Location: Co-op 21 High Street
Gargrave BD23 3RA Reason(s): Affects the character and
appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application No: 2019/20765/HH. Proposal: Extension to
dwelling and replacement of old garage with a new
garage for Mr & Mrs Thomas. Location: Gill Top Farm
Ellers Road Sutton-in-Craven BD20 7BH Reason(s):
Would affect the route of a public right of way.
Application No: 2019/20762/MMA. Proposal: Minor
Material Amendment to previously approved application
reference number 32/2015/15768 granted 23/12/2015
to allow an amendment to condition number 1 (approved
plans) to vary the design details for Plot 50 for Green End
Properties Ltd. Location: Land To East Of Green Lane
Glusburn BD20 8RT Reason(s): Is a Major Development
proposal.
Application No: 2019/20775/FUL. Proposal: Erection of
two detached dwellings for The Church Of England
Diocese Of Leeds. Location: Land West Of The Vicarage
Kirkgate Kildwick BD20 9BB Reason(s): Affects the
character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Affects
the setting of a Listed Building. Does not accord with the
provisions of the development plan in force in the area in
which the land to which the application relates is situated.
Application No: 2019/20740/FUL. Proposal: Conversion
of garage to a dwelling for Miss Horsfall. Location:
Garage Stainton Cotes Moorber Lane Coniston Cold
Reason(s): Does not accord with the provisions of the
development plan in force in the area in which the land
to which the application relates is situated. Affects the
setting of a Listed Building. Would affect the route of a
public right of way.

Representations can also be sent in writing to

Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ so as to arrive no later than
29th August 2019. All comments received will be
available for public inspection and will be viewable
on the internet along with the application details.
However, we will endeavour to prevent signatures,
telephone numbers and email addresses from
appearing on the comments published on the internet.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning
permission for a householder (HH) application, that is
considered on the basis of representations in writing. Any
representations made will be sent to the Secretary of
State and there will be no further opportunity to comment
at the appeal stage.
Decisions are normally made within eight weeks (11 to
13 weeks for major planning applications). Details of the
decision will not automatically be sent to those that have
