Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development
Management Procedure) Order 2015, Section 67 & 73 of the Planning
(Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5
& 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas)
Regulations 1990.
Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be
advertised it under the above legislation for the reasons stated.
Application No: 2019/21090/HH. Proposal: Replacement of existing conservatory
with single storey rear extension for Mr & Mrs Darwell. Location: White Hall 25 Uppergate
Ingleton LA6 3BD Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application No: 2019/21078/HH. Proposal: Demolition of existing rear conservatory and
lean to and construct new single storey extension together with the demolition and
re-building of a detached garage for Mr & Mrs Emmott. Location: Station Masters House
2 Station Villas Station Road Hellifield Reason(s): Is a proposal for demolition of an

Application No: 2019/21064/HH. Proposal: First floor side extension, single and two
storey rear extensions and alterations for Mr & Mrs D Charnley. Location: 7 Barrel
Sykes Langcliffe BD24 9JT Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of
a Conservation Area.
Application No: 2019/21084/OUT. Proposal: Outline application with some matters
reserved for two bungalows (resubmission of previous application refused under
referenced number 2018/19509/OUT) for Mr & Mrs Lord. Location: Land Adjacent To Back
Church Street Church Street Settle Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of
a Conservation Area.
Application No: 2019/21085/FUL. Proposal: Change of use of ground floor from A1

Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
The applications are available to view and for comment online at https://publicaccess.
cravendc.gov.uk/online-applications or electronically at 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton
Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ.
Representations can also be sent in writing to Development Management, 1 Belle Vue
Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ so as to arrive no later than 21st November
2019. All comments received will be available for public inspection and will
be viewable on the internet along with the application details. However, we will
endeavour to prevent signatures, telephone numbers and email addresses from
appearing on the comments published on the internet.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission for a householder
(HH) application, that is considered on the basis of representations in writing. Any
representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further
opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
Decisions are normally made within eight weeks (11 to 13 weeks for major planning
applications). Details of the decision will not automatically be sent to those that have made
