Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.
Craven District Council has received the following
applications that are required to be advertised it under the
above legislation for the reasons stated.
Application No: 2019/21210/HH. Proposal: Two storey
rear extension to terraced house for Mr Nick Medley.
Location: 12 Lingcrag Gardens Cowling BD22 0AN
Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a
Conservation Area. Would affect the route of a public right
of way.
Application No: 2019/21160/FUL. Proposal: Roofing
repairs to concert hall within town hall for Craven District
Council. Location: Town Hall High Street Skipton BD23
1AH Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance
of a Conservation Area. Affects the setting of a Listed
Building.
Application No: 2019/21187/HH. Proposal: One and a
half storey side extension for Mr Liam Walsh. Location:
Dairy Cottage 6 Roundell Drive West Marton BD23 3UL
Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a
Conservation Area. Affects the setting of a Listed Building.
Application No: 2019/21188/VAR. Proposal: Planning
application to vary conditions 2, 8, 10, 11, 13 and 14 and
deletion of conditions 18, 19 and 20 on outline planning
permission 32/2016/17327 (granted on appeal) for Mr
and Mrs B H Green. Location: Land At Ling Haw Hill/Brow
Top Cononley Road Glusburn Reason(s): Is a Major
Development proposal.
The applications are available to view and for comment

Representations can also be sent in writing to
Development Management, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton
Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ so as to arrive no later than 28th
December 2019. All comments received will be
available for public inspection and will be viewable
on the internet along with the application details.
However, we will endeavour to prevent signatures,
telephone numbers and email addresses from
appearing on the comments published on the internet.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning
permission for a householder (HH) application, that is
considered on the basis of representations in writing. Any
representations made will be sent to the Secretary of
State and there will be no further opportunity to comment
at the appeal stage.
Decisions are normally made within eight weeks (11 to 13
weeks for major planning applications). Details of the
decision will not automatically be sent to those that have
