NctiM is hereby given that Gencomp (No.7) Limited in respect of premises known as Fire Pit, Market Street, Bingley, BDI6 2HP has applied to Bradford Metropolitan District Coun­cil for a variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to seek approval of the plan submitted with the application to licence tiie outside bar servery area. The pro­posed variation is to extend the permitted hours for tiie provision of regulated entertainment (to include live music, recorded music, perform­ance of dance and anything of a similar description) and the sale of alcohol Thursday to Saturday from the current hours of 10:00 to 02.-00 to tiie proposed hours ofThursday to Saturday 10:00 to 04:00 the following morning. To extend the provision of late night refreshment Thursday to Saturday from the current hours of 23:00 to 02:30 to the proposed hours of Thursday to Saturday 2310 to 04:30 the following morning. To extend the opening nours Thursday to Saturday from the current hours of I (hOO to 02:30 to the proposed hours of Thursday to Saturday 1010 to 04:30 the following morning. To amend tiie non-slandard timing for Bank Holiday Sundays for regulated entertainment (to include live music, recorded music, performance of dance, and anything of a similar description) and the sale of alcohol until 04:00 the following morning and for late night refreshment and opening hours until 04:30 the follow­ing morning. Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, Bradford Metropolitan District Council, Department of Place, 3rd Floor, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford, BDI IHX no later than 10 March 2020 sating the grounds for objection.
