Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990. Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised it under the above legislation for the reasons stated. Application No: 2020/21510/VAR. Proposal: Application for variation of condition no. 2 (Approved Plans) and condition no. 5 (Off site Highway Improvement Works) on planning application reference number 32/2016/17650 granted 29th September 2017 for London Property Investments Ltd. Location: 19-25 Main Street Cross Hills Reason(s): Is a Major Development proposal. Application No: 2020/21536/LBC. Proposal: Replace glazed timber kitchen door with new glazed timber door.
Replace first floor painted timber bedroom window with
new painted timber window. Install lead slip over lintel,
repair any voids in wall cores for Mrs Claire Allnutt. Location: Withens Lowkber Lane Cold Cotes Clapham Lancaster Reason(s): Proposes works to a Listed Building.
Application No: 2020/21528/LBC. Proposal: Remove
cementitious mortar and repoint with a traditional lime
mortar; remove macadam surfacing adjacent to principal elevation; remove and replace cement render with lime roughcast to southwest gable, northwest elevation of side annexe and northwest elevation of rear outshut; proposed yard wall; repairs to southwest annexe roof to include
rooflight insertion; re-opening original window in
northeast gable for Mr C. S. E. Yorke. Location: Auld Hall Limekiln Lane Halton West BD23 4LL Reason(s):
Proposes works to a Listed Building.

endeavour to prevent signatures, telephone numbers
and email addresses from appearing on the comments
published on the internet.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission for a householder (HH) application, that is
considered on the basis of representations in writing. Any
representations made will be sent to the Secretary of
State and there will be no further opportunity to comment
at the appeal stage.
Decisions are normally made within eight weeks (11 to 13
weeks for major planning applications). Details of the
decision will not automatically be sent to those that have
