Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.
Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised it under the above legislation for the reasons stated. Application No: 2020/21645/HH. Proposal: Single-storey rear extension with part first-floor extension over for Mrs Margaret Mewies. Location: 15 Elm Tree Square Embsay BD23 6RA Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Application No: 2020/21719/LBC. Proposal: Canopy repairs to the platform canopy structure for Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd. Location: Hellifield Station Station Road Hellifield BD23 4HP Reason(s): Proposes works to
a Listed Building.
Application No: 2020/21700/HH. Proposal: Single Storey Rear Extension for Mr & Mrs Gleave. Location: 46 The Close Skipton BD23 2BZ Reason(s): Affects the
character and appearance of a Conservation Area. The applications are available to view and for comment
online at

Representations can also be sent in writing to
Development Management, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ so as to arrive no later than 16th July 2020. All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details. However, we will endeavour to prevent signatures, telephone numbers and email addresses from appearing on the comments
published on the internet.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning
permission for a householder (HH) application, that is considered on the basis of representations in writing. Any
representations made will be sent to the Secretary of
State and there will be no further opportunity to comment
at the appeal stage.
