YORKSHIRE DALES NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS, CYCLISTS AND HORSE RIDERS) (BRIDLEWAY NO. 9 (part), REETH, FREMINGTON &HEALAUGH) ORDER 2019, No. 3 (BRIDLEWAY NO. 1 (part), GRINTON) ORDER 2019, No. 4 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)

Notice is hereby given that the above Orders made by the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority on 9 September, 2019, the effect of whi ch is to prohi bit any pedestri an, cycli st and horse rider from proceeding along part of Bridleway No. 9 in the Parish of (teeth, Fremington and Healaugh in the district of Richmondshire for a distance of approx. 1.7 km from GR NZ 0257 0188 to GR NZ 0348 0053 and part of Bridleway No. 1 in the Parish of Grinton in the district ofRichmondshire for a distance ofapprox. 280 metres from GR SE 0544 9788 to GR SE 0541 9812 from 14 September, 2019 and previously extended until 21 August 2020 inclusive owing to major landslides across Bridleway No. 9 and a flood damaged bridge on Bridleway No 1, have been continued in force under Section 15(5) of the above Act, with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions for a further period of 6 months until 21 February, 2021 or until the completion ofworks, whichever is the earlier. The closures will be continued in effect by the erection ofnotices and signs.

There are no suitable alternative routes to be used during the

closure period.
