Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990. Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised it under the above legislation for the reasons stated. Application No: 2020/21913/HH. Proposal: Demolition of existing conservatory and other alterations for Mr Daniel Willis. Location: 29 Gainsborough Court Skipton BD23 1QG Reason(s): Is a proposal for demolition of an unlisted building in a Conservation Area. Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Application No: 2020/21942/HH. Proposal: External alterations - two new windows, replacement rear door and retention of two windows for Mr & Mrs C Speakman. Location: Devonshire House 27 Duke Street Settle BD24 9DJ Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Application No: 2020/21855/HH. Proposal: Proposed garage extension & orangery over therapy pool for Mr & Mrs Bedford. Location: Raven Flatt Barn Bell Busk Skipton BD23 4DT Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Would affect the route of a public right of way.

Representations can also be sent in writing to Development Management, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton. BD23 1FJ so as to arrive no later than 24th September 2020. All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details. However, we will endeavour to prevent signatures, telephone numbers and email
addresses from appearing on the comments published on the internet.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission for a householder (HH) application, that is considered on the basis of representations in writing. Any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
