Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised it under the above legislation for the reasons stated.
Application No: 2020/21770/FUL. Proposal: Demolish existing garage and replace with three storey building containing two flats and parking for Mr Morgan Braidley. Location: Land West of Navigation House Back Bridge Street Skipton Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Is a proposal for demolition of an unlisted building in a Conservation Area. Affects the setting of a Listed Building.
Application No: 2020/21960/HH. Proposal: Erection of external staircase for Mr Gordon Watts. Location: College End College Road Bradley BD20 9DT Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Affects the setting of a Listed Building.

All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details. However, we will endeavour to prevent signatures, telephone numbers and email addresses from appearing on the comments published on the internet. In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission for a householder (HH) application, that is considered on the basis of representations in writing. Any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
