Notice is hereby given that Unity Bars and Clubs Limited has applied to Craven District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known asTime Out Sports and Social, Ground Floor, Regal Buildings, Keighley Road, Skipton, BD23 2LT. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the provision of regulated entertainment (to include the exhibition of a film) Sunday, Monday and Friday 11 TO to 03:30 the following morning, Tuesday to Thursday 11:00 03:00 the following morning and Saturday 11:00 to 04:00 the following morning Live music and recorded music (indoors), performance of dance and anything of a similar description to live music, recorded music and performance of dance Sunday to Thursday 11:00 to 03:00 the following morning, Friday 11:00 to 03:30 the following morning and Saturday 11:00 to 05.00 the following morning. The provision of late night refreshment Sunday to Thursday 23:00 to 03:00 the following morning, Friday 23:00 to 03:30 the following morning and Saturday 23:00 to 05:00 the following morning The supply of alcohol Sunday toThursday 11:00 to 03:00 the following morning, Friday 11:00 to 03:30 the following morning and Saturday 11:00 to 05:00 the following morning. The premises will be open Sunday toThursday 11:00 to 03:30 the following morning, Frida 11:00 to 04:00 the following morning and Saturday 11:00 to 05:00 the following morning. Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing, Craven District Council, I Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, North Yorkshire, BD23 IFJ, or by email to

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
