CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (MOVING TRAFFIC) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO.2) ORDER 2021
HARD INGS ROAD IMPROVEMENT SCHEME, KEIGHLEY
Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Orders on 25th March 2021 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the general effect of which is to introduce the following: -
i. Six Mandatory left turns into Hard Ings Road - east bound

ii. Two prohibited right turns into Hard Ings Road - west bound

iii. No Waiting at Any Time on 18 lengths of Hard Ings Road

The Orders come into force on 12th April 2021 and a copy of the Orders together with a map showing the affected roads may be examined on the council web site at

highways/traffic-regulation-order or obtained from Traffic and Highways Engineer Andrew Solomon by telephone on 01274 435716 or by email

quoting reference number HS/103197/ TRO-1A, 2A.
If you wish to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Orders, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Orders were made on 25th March 2021 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
