Location: 26 Park Avenue Sutton-in-Craven BD20 7JH Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Application No: 2021/22745/HH. Proposal: Single storey side and rear extension for Mr & Mrs W Clarkson. Location: 5 Hayton Way Skipton BD23 1DQ Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

Application No: 2021/22804/HH. Proposal: Construction of two storey rear extension for Mrs Michelle Marren. Location: 114 Broughton Road Skipton BD23 1TP Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
