ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL OLD LODGE HILL / HARDINGS LANE ILKLEY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 652) ORDER

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL OLD LODGE HILL / HARDINGS LANE ILKLEY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 652) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason to enable gas mains works proposed to be executed on or near Old Lodge Hill / Hardings Lane, Ilkley intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Old Lodge Hill / Hardings Lane, Ilkley from its junction with Owler Park Road to its junction with Langbar Road.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Old Lodge Hill (unaffected section), Nesfield Road, Langbar Road and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into effect on 27th February 2017 and remain in force until 20th March 2017 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 16th day of February 2017
