ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

MOOR EDGE HIGH SIDE HARDEN BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 757) ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason to enable water works proposed to be executed on or near Moor Edge High Side, Harden intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Moor Edge High Side from a point outside No 1A Moor Edge High Side to a point outside No 7 Moor Edge High Side. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

No alternative route for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order is available.

The proposed Order will come into effect on 30th October 2017 and remain in force until 3rd November 2017 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 19th day of October 2017
