Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised it under the above legislation for the reasons stated.

Application No: 2017/18416/VAR. Proposal: Application to vary Condition 2 of previously approved application 63/2016/17676 for alterations to the roof, windows, doors, balustrades and the inclusion of fencing to the south of the building for Craven College. Location: Craven College Aireville Campus Gargrave Road Skipton BD23 1US Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application No: 2017/18586/HH. Proposal: Installation of 0.9m high fence to the east and west boundaries at front of property for Mr James Wood. Location: 37 Willow Way Skipton BD23 3BP Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

Application No: 2017/18577/FUL. The applications are available to view and for comment online at
https://publicaccess.cravendc.gov.uk/online-applications  or electronically at 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ. Representations can also be sent in writing to Development Management, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ so as to arrive no later than 16th November 2017. All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details. However, we will endeavour to prevent signatures, telephone numbers and email addresses from appearing on the comments published on the internet. In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission for a householder (HH) application, that is considered on the basis of representations in writing. Any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage. Decisions are normally made within eight weeks (11 to 13 weeks for major planning applications). Details of the decision will not automatically be sent to those that have made comments.
