required to be advertised it under the above legislation for the reasons
stated.
Application No: 2018/19181/HH. Proposal: Conversion of outbuilding
to garden room. Siting of replacement oil tank in rear garden for Mr
Jan Droste. Location: High Jackfield Farm Dick Lane Sutton-in-craven
BD20 7EJ Reason(s): Affects the setting of a Listed Building.
Application No: 2018/19193/LBC. Proposal: Listed building
application for conversion of outbuilding to garden room. Siting of
replacement oil tank in rear garden for Mr Jan Droste. Location: High
Jackfield Farm Dick Lane Sutton-in-craven BD20 7EJ Reason(s):
Proposes works to a Listed Building.
Application No: 2018/19143/FUL. Proposal: Demolition of
outbuildings to the north of the existing barn; conversion of existing barn
to 2 dwellings; and construction of 6 dwellings (revised scheme pursuant
to extant planning permission 19/2009/9478 for the development of
14 dwellings) for Coniston Estate. Location: Land To The West Of Bell
Busk Lane Coniston Cold BD23 4EA Reason(s): Affects the character
and appearance of a Conservation Area. Affects the setting of a Listed
Building.
Application No: 2018/19110/FUL. Proposal: Erection of new dwelling
for Mr & Mrs D Waring. Location: Land At Stock Shott Lane Cononley
BD20 8PD Reason(s): Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Does not
accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in
which the land to which the application relates is situated.
Application No: 2018/19158/PNT. Proposal: Installation of electronic
communications apparatus (Prior Approval) for Arquiva Ltd. Location:
SW Junction Off Ings Lane And Ings Drive Bradley BD20 9EL Reason(s):
Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application No: 2018/19112/FUL. Proposal: Demolition of Auto
workshop. Erection of two town houses with off road parking for John
Phillip Properties Ltd. Location: Unit 5 Devonshire Place Keighley Road
Skipton BD23 2LP Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance
of a Conservation Area.
The applications are available to view and for comment online at
https://publicaccess.cravendc.gov.uk/online-applications or electronically
at 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ.
Representations can also be sent in writing to Development

so as to arrive no later than 10th May 2018. All comments received
will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on
the internet along with the application details. However, we
will endeavour to prevent signatures, telephone numbers and
email addresses from appearing on the comments published
on the internet.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission for
a householder (HH) application, that is considered on the basis of
representations in writing. Any representations made will be sent to the
Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment
at the appeal stage.
Decisions are normally made within eight weeks (11 to 13 weeks for major
planning applications). Details of the decision will not automatically be
