Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised it under the above legislation for the reasons stated.

Application No: 2018/19284/HH.
Proposal: Two storey rear extension to provide a larger bedroom over, and an enlarged kitchen and dining
room for Mr & Mrs D Thornborrow.

BD23 2JS Reason(s): Would affect the route of a public right of way.

Application No: 2018/18918/FUL.
Proposal: Residential development of 2 No detached single storey (bungalow) dwellings for Mr & Mrs R
J Mason.
Location: Land North West Of St Marys Green Carleton
BD23 3DG Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Would affect the route of a public right of way. Does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

Application No: 2017/18875/OUT.
Proposal: Outline application with some matters reserved (access, layout and scale) for construction of 4 no. detached houses and garages for Mr John Judson.

The applications are available to view and for comment online at https://publicaccess.cravendc.gov.uk/online-applications or electronically at 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ.
Representations can also be sent in writing to Development Management, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ so as to arrive no later than 14th June 2018. All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details. However, we will endeavour to prevent signatures, telephone numbers and email addresses from appearing on the comments published on the internet.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission for a householder (HH) application, that is considered on the basis of representations in writing. Any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
