Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.
Craven District Council has received the following applications that
are required to be advertised it under the above legislation for the
reasons stated.
Application No: 2018/19296/REM. Proposal: Application for reserved
matters for the approval of landscaping as reserved by condition
in outline consent referenced APP/C2708/W/17/3190127 (appeal
reference) for 5 dwellings for Mr J Rucastle. Location: Land North Of
Raber Top Lane Ingleton LA6 3DN Reason(s): Does not accord with the
provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land
to which the application relates is situated.
Application No: 2018/19288/FUL. Proposal: Retrospective application
for the proposed change of use of agricultural land to extend domestic
curtilage and erection of side extension for Mr & Mrs Raw. Location:
13 Spring Gardens Cross Street Cowling BD22 0AX Reason(s): Affects
the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application No: 2018/19264/CPE. Proposal: Certificate of Lawful
Development for an existing use of land for plant repairs, crane repairs,
wagon repairs, mechanical and electrical repairs, agricultural repairs,
farming for Mr Brian Wareing. Location: Skythorn Farm Colne Road
Cowling BD22 0LJ Reason(s): Affects the setting of a Listed Building.
The applications are available to view and for comment online at
https://publicaccess.cravendc.gov.uk/online-applications or electronically
at 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ.
Representations can also be sent in writing to Development
Management, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ
so as to arrive no later than 21st June 2018. All comments received
will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on
the internet along with the application details. However, we
will endeavour to prevent signatures, telephone numbers and
email addresses from appearing on the comments published
on the internet.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission
for a householder (HH) application, that is considered on the basis
of representations in writing. Any representations made will be sent to the
Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment
at the appeal stage.
Decisions are normally made within eight weeks (11 to 13 weeks
for major planning applications). Details of the decision will not
automatically be sent to those that have made comments. The
