Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.

Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised it under the above legislation for the reasons stated.

Application No: 2018/19350/LBC. Proposal: Listed building application for rebuilding of dry stone wall to a height of 1.3m for Miss Julie Morley. Location: Bend Gate House Long Preston Skipton BD23 4QR Reason(s): Proposes works to a Listed Building.

Application No: 2018/19416/MMA. Proposal: Minor material amendment to application reference 32/2015/15768 granted 23/12/2015 to re-position garage to adjoin northern elevation of plot 43 and add sun room to south elevation of plot 43 for Green End Properties Ltd. Application No: 2018/19402/FUL. Proposal: Erection of willow sculpture of stalking horse for The Woodland Trust. Location: Skipton Castle Woods Skipton Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

Application No: 2018/19399/FUL. Proposal: Erection of willow sculpture of an archer figure for The Woodland Trust. Location: Skipton Castle Woods Skipton Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

Application No: 2018/19324/HH. Proposal: Proposed one-storey and two-storey side extension to provide additional bedroom and living accommodation for Mr & Mrs Lazenby. Location: 7 East View Carleton BD23 3HB Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

The applications are available to view and for comment online at https://publicaccess.cravendc.gov.uk/online-applications or electronically at 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ.
Representations can also be sent in writing to Development Management, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ so as to arrive no later than 19th July 2018. All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details. However, we will endeavour to prevent signatures, telephone numbers and email addresses from appearing on the comments published on the internet.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission for a householder (HH) application, that is considered on the basis of representations in writing. Any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
Decisions are normally made within eight weeks (11 to 13 weeks for major planning applications). Details of the decision will not automatically be sent to those that have made comments. The applications progress can be tracked at https://publicaccess.cravendc.gov.uk/onlineapplications
