LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE. TAKE NOTICE that we, Steven McNamara & Julia McNamara have applied to Craven District Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as Unit 4,The Old Fire Station, Coach Street, Skipton BD23 1LQ. FOR: the sale by retail of alcohol, for consumption on & off premises (Mon - Thur & Sun 11:30 - 23:00, Fri & Sat 11:30 - 00:00) (New Year's Eve 11:30 - 01:30, Christmas Eve 11:30 - 00:30, Sundays proceeding bank holidays 11:30-00:00). The provision of regulated entertainment, indoors & outdoors (performance of live music, Mon - Thur, & Sun 11:30 - 23:00, Fri & Sat 11:30 - 23:30) (New Year's Eve 12:00 - 01:30, Christmas Eve 12 -00:30, Sundays preceeding bank holidays 12:00 - 00:00), playing of recorded music (Mon - Thu, & Sun 11:30 -23:00), (Fri & Sat 11:30 - 00:00) (New Year's Eve 11:30 - 01:30, Christmas Eve 11:30 -00:30, Sundays preceeding bank holidays 11:30 - 00:00). Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Manager, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road , Skipton BD23 1FJ by 29th May 2019. Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
