WORLD champion marathon runner Paula Radcliffe presented local property lettings specialist, Belvoir Skipton, with its own gold medal for becoming the UK's best franchise lettings agency.
Belvoir scooped the award for the fourth year running at the UK Letting Agency of the Year Awards - and also won the prize in 2010.
Peter Johnson, who owns Belvoir Skipton in Belmont Street, said: “I am sure this is an unprecedented run of success in what is widely recognised as the toughest awards scheme in our industry.
“My staff and I are thrilled and extremely proud with the achievement – and it is a reflection of the hard work that goes into maintaining the highest of standards of service provided for our local landlord, tenant and buy to let property investor clients.
“I would like to thank all of our staff, clients and suppliers for their continued support of our business and for helping us to set a new record by winning this prestigious national honour, yet again.”
Belvoir, which has more than 160 UK offices, celebrates its 20th anniversary this year.
