Gallery owners Rob Keep and Phil Fraser have scored a double success, having entries accepted for the Royal Watercolour Society annual open exhibition in London.
Both artists showcase their work in their own galleries in Grassington – Rob at the Smithy Gallery and Phil at Grove House.
Although both have exhibited at this exhibition in previous years, it is a happy coincidence that both have had work chosen for this year’s event.
Rob’s ink and wash painting depicts a bare oak tree near Bolton Abbey, while Phil’s work is of a local country lane in full summer.
The exhibition takes place at the Bankside Gallery, next to the Tate Modern Gallery, and runs from tomorrow (Friday) until next Sunday, March 3.
