SKIPTON: Humans of the Dales exhibition, featuring portraits and interviews collected in the Yorkshire Dales by artists Carine Brosse and Sam Dakin, will be on display until Monday, May 28, in Skipton Town Hall.

The exhibition, commissioned by Grassington Festival, will be open from 10am to 4pm Monday to Saturday. Entry is free.

The exhibition Elsewhere, featuring lithograph artwork by artist Bridget Tempest, will be on display in the Gallery, 3 Mill Bridge, until Saturday.

Fun family show Where’s My Igloo Gone? will staged at 4pm today in Skipton Town Hall.

Tickets, which cost £7.50 including an after show supper. The show is suitable for children aged five and over.

The Unknown Soldier, a solo piece that looks at the First World War from a new perspective, will be performed at 7.30pm tomorrow in Skipton Town Hall. Tickets cost £10 or £8 for under 18s.

The film The Flying Scotsman, the true story of Scottish cyclist Graeme Obree, will be screened on Sunday, May 6, in Skipton Town Hall. Tickets cost £5 or £3 for under 18s.

The Tour de Yorkshire passes through Skipton at 1.30pm and the film will be screened at 2pm, but will take into account any race delays.

SETTLE: Settle Amateur Operatic Society Juniors will perform Roald Dahl's Revolting Rhymes from tonight to Saturday in Settle Victoria Hall.
