ELDROTH Village Hall will be hosting two concerts.

The first concert will be a performance by the Kate Peters Quartet at 7.30pm this Saturday. Kate will perform classic jazz songs mixed with contemporary pop numbers.

She is accompanied by John Marley on double bass, Martin Longhawn on piano and Ian Beestin on drums.

The second concert by the Stonebridge String Quartet with singer Grace Currie will be held at 7.30pm on Saturday, October 6. Led by musician and composer Roland Fudge, the quartet’s concert theme is Somewhere - Dreaming Through Five Centuries.

The programme will include Mendelssohn’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream Overture, Over the Rainbow from Wizard of Oz, Somewhere from West Side Story, Golden Slumbers by the Beatles, Faure’s Apres un Reve and Tchaikovsky’s 2nd Quartet.
