RECENTLY, my 19 year old son, Dominic, fell ill and because he is handicapped and vulnerable I took him straight to Airedale Hospital's Accident and Emergency department.
He had high temperature which was found to be due to a dangerous chest infection.
He was dealt with immediately and the care he received in the Acute Assessment Unit throughout his three day stay was second to none. Every member of staff was friendly, cheerful and very supportive.
