Flower Club: Steeton Flower Club held its annual general meeting and dinner at The Dog and Gun, Glusburn. Chairman Sue Little gave her report on a busy year, which included the club’s sapphire anniversary and involvement at Keighley Show and Fallfest at Glusburn Institute. The treasurer reported a better year and it was agreed the subscription would remain at £30 and visitors would pay £5. The next meeting will be at Sutton Village Hall on Thursday, March 27, at 7.30pm when a demonstration, Mix and Match, will be given by Susie Marsh and Christine Hinchcliffe.
