A woman charged with the unlawful killing of a Craven hotelier will face trial in October.
Debbie Barker, 42, appeared at Bradford Crown Court yesterday to hear her case set for October 6.
It is thought the trial will last five days and a number of expert witnesses will be involved.
She is accused of the unlawful killing of Tom Bannister at Carseylands Hill, Airton, between June 20 and 23 last year.
Barker, of Hellifield Road, Gargrave, is alleged to have been driving a Range Rover when she caused the death of Mr Bannister - managing director of Coniston Hotel, Coniston Cold - while driving without due care and over the drink-drive limit.
She is also accused of failing to report an accident as soon as practicable.
