A 20 YEAR old Skipton man took his anger out on his girlfriend's mother's car after being told to leave the house, heard magistrates.
James Winterburn twice punched the bonnet of the new Ford Kuga after leaving the house in Heath Crescent, Bradley, on April 13, the Skipton court heard on Friday.
WInterburn, who admitted criminal damage, had Aspergers Syndrome, and was normally a caring young man, the court was told.
"There was a fall out and he vented his frustration on the bonnet of the car, " said John Mewies in mitigation.
Winterburn, of Pinder House, Keighley Road, who had no previous convictions, was fined £35 and ordered to pay compensation of £50 to Ms Anton. He will also have to pay costs of £85 and victims surcharge of £20.
