RECORD numbers of players enjoyed the recent annual Wharfedale mini and junior summer camp.
More than 80 boys and girls from under sevens to under 14s took part in the two-day event.
Coaches from the RFU and Wharfedale mini and junior sections led the sessions with guest appearances from a number of Wharfedale first team players.
Academy Manager Hedley Verity said: "The emphasis of the two days is on fun, participation and raising skill levels. It gives all players a really great start to the up coming new season."
Training and registration for this year's mini and junior rugby season continues at 10.30am on Sunday. Old and new players are welcome.
