SINGING group Octameron will perform at The Folly in Settle next Sunday, March 13, as part of North Craven Heritage Trust's Making Music in Settle events.
Acknowledging the close links between Edward Elgar, Settle and the Dales, the programme will include music by Elgar and his contemporaries, and will feature Octameron's trademark mix of group items and solos, accompanied and a capella, with additional instrumental pieces.
2016 marks Octameron's 20th anniversary and, as this is the first concert of its celebratory year, it will donate the proceeds to The Folly, which houses the Museum of North Craven Life.
The concert starts at 7.30pm and tickets, priced at £7, are available from Cave and Crag, Settle, or 01729 823877. Pre-booking is strongly advised.
