MEMBERS of a carers and over-50s group proved they're good sports.
Time for Me staged a summer sports day at its meeting place, the Hub, in Steeton.
Activities included egg and spoon races – improvising with balloons and wooden spoons – and volleyball, using a beach ball and balloons.
"There was lots of fun and laughter and the two teams – Yellows and Blues – were great sports," said a spokesman for Carers' Resource, which organises the group.
"Yellows were the overall winners."
The group meets from 10am to noon on the second Tuesday of each month. Admission is £2.
