PUPILS at Aire View Infant School in Silsden took part in an Olympic-themed geocache trail.
Youngsters – and their parents – received some basic instruction on the use of GPS devices before heading off in groups around the town.
Plastic containers with pictures of Olympic athletes and QR – or Quick Response – codes had been hidden for the children to find.
The scanned codes revealed letters which formed an Olympic phrase.
Assistant head Tim Whitehead, who created the trail, said: "This was a fantastic opportunity to get the children out into the countryside and have fun learning with their parents."
