AWARD-winning Lancashire soprano Alexandra Lowe and her guests will perform a concert of her favourite music and songs in Bolton Abbey Priory Church this summer.
Praised for her honeyed tones and innate stage presence Alexandra is a sought after young soprano - having won several distinguished awards including the Andrew Lloyd Webber Sarah Brightman Scholarship.
After studying at the Royal Northern College of Music, Alexandra has been offered a place to further her training on the prestigious opera course at The Guildhall School of Music and Drama in September.
Alexandra will be using this concert to help fund her studies for the next two years.
Having raised over £35,000 for various charities since the age of 17, this one is to help her to continue her training.
Alexandra will be accompanied by tenor Alexander Banfield, chorister and soloist in Opera North, and soprano Sarah Guilford, who is making her solo operatic debut at Longborough Festival Opera as Papagena this season.
The concert will take place at 8pm on Sunday, August 13, in the Bolton Abbey Priory Church. Doors open at 7.30pm.
Tickets cost £15, which includes the concert and a drink in The Tower at The Priory
