A NIGHT at the Races in Ilkley will raise funds for a West Craven woman batting breast cancer.
Sarah Monk, 37, was diagnosed with breast cancer in March 2015, but the disease has spread to her lungs and she has been told by doctors it is incurable and life limiting.
But Sarah, who has a ten year old daughter, has spoken with an oncologist at the Hallwang Clinic in Germany, who suggested a life saving but expensive immunotherapy treatment.
All donations from Saturday's event at the Hollygarth Social Club will go towards providing Sarah with the treatment.
Doors open for the Night at the Races, which also features a stand up comedian, bingo, tombola, playspot and cake stall, at 6.30pm with the first race starting at 7pm.
Tickets cost £7.50 including supper.
