PROPERTY firm Dacre, Son and Hartley has made key appointments at two of its Craven branches.
Jason Preston, a senior associate, has been promoted to run the company's Sheep Street, Skipton, branch, and will head up a team of eight dealing with sales and lettings. He was previously in charge of the Dacre, Son and Hartley Settle branch for the last four years.
And taking over from him as the new manager at the Settle High Street branch is Tom Galloway, who has worked for the firm for five years.
Patrick McCutcheon, head of residential at Dacre, Son and Hartley, said: “Jason has an impressive track-record for consistently delivering excellent results and is well-liked and regarded in the market place.
"He is also a very rare type of residential agent, as he can provide outstanding advice across multi disciplines, including commercial agency and land development, as well as across a wide spectrum of property styles and values, so he is perfect for our Skipton branch.
" Both Jason and Tom have helped to transform the Settle office into the area’s leading operator since buying the business from Trevor Graveson just over six years ago.
“Tom has a well-thought-out approach to appraisals which makes him popular with vendors, he is highly experienced and his local market knowledge is second to none. Having worked with Jason for just shy of five years, it will be a very smooth handover, and we are confident in his abilities to deliver on the already firm foundations.”
