A SILSDEN woman is to stand trial on two charges of driving with over the specified limit of a controlled drug in her system.
Lyndsay Smith, 40, denies driving a Ford Ka on Priest Bank Road, Kildwick, on January 21 with over the specified limit of cocaine in her system.
She also denies driving at the same time with over the specified limit of the cocaine by product, Benzoylecgonine in her system, and to failing to stop at the scene of an accident.
Smith, of St Johns Street, Silsden appeared at Skipton Magistrates' Court on Friday when she denied all charges and when her case was adjourned for trial at the Skipton court in August.
