AN Addingham man has been ordered to pay a total of £195 in fines and costs for driving otherwise in accordance with a licence.
Ryan Heaton, 29, was stopped by police as he drove a Peugeot 106 on Heights Lane, Silsden, on February 13, heard Skipton Magistrates' Court.
Despite being a provisional licence holder, he was not displaying any learner plates, although he did have a driver in the passenger seat.
Heaton, of Lodge Hill, admitted the offence and told the court he had no excuses. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £30 surcharge.
